Maybe you can take a full grown tree and plant it somewhere else? Like buy it off someone?  Sorry, if something has already came up with this idea.

Or maybe use a time magic spell to speed up growth.

How do we wanna handle time (like, should we just forward ahead to when the tress are grown?) Does anyone know of some sort of simulator I could use to build our country? Even a text-based thing would work.

we only just planted the normal trees,i am new to this so we should take it slowly,no magical crops until we actually have a normal orchard up and running.
