As for Scootaloo, I always liked to imagine that her real name is something like Luanne or Louise or something like that, and she prefers a nickname that only has a hint of her real name.

Yes I do, It has already been shown that Scootaloo has more grace and coordination than Rainbow. She also has a much better understanding of choreography. Even if Rainbow is the fastest flyer in all of Equestria, it does seem that the Wonderbolts are all better flyers.
