3 days left before applications are closed. No pressure.

Upon further deliberation, I have decided to re-open applications. As it stands now, we have four writers including myself, which isn't large enough or small enough to make a fair full cast of characters. We need at least two more writers (or else I'd have to shove one off and I don't want to do that).

To help narrow down what I'm looking for in the remainder of the cast, here's what I'd like:

  • A character with the Swashbuckler archetype.
  • Some other character. I'm not so specific on what I want for this one, but I'll tell you what I don't want:
    • The Swashbuckler archetype (that's for the aforementioned character, obviously), the Best Friend, the Bad Boy, and the Chief.
    • Also, don't make him an Earth pony. We have that species all covered.

That's all for the main cast, but there are other more minor characters that you can submit as well if you want a shot at being a writer. Here's what I'd like to see in the supporting cast:

  • A younger brother of one of the main cast.
  • A sister of one of the main cast, the same general age as Twilight Sparkle and most mares.

So, if anyone is interested, find the template back on page 1 and get those PMs coming!

Bumping this for an announcement.

I am now looking to recruit a girl for the team. Yes, a girl. Applicants should create a female character using the template on the front page and message me. Note that the hero archetypes do not apply for this, so you can cross that out of the template. Also, I don't believe there will be any need to fill out the Dreams/Goals section, although you still can if you want to.

Otherwise, just create some pony you think would fit in well with the project/Fillydelphia and PM it to me.

P.S. You should also be comfortable with the idea that this pony could be a sister to one of the main cast members.

I'm willing to make the girl you need for this.

It would be preferable if the user who made the character was also a girl, as that would make the character much easier to be related to. Being a team currently consisting of all guys, we would a appreciate the insight of a girl or two.

Seems logical. Maybe Fuzzle will come over here. I dunno.

Seems I've been summoned by two different people. :P

Meh, after reading the thread I'm not interested, in part due to the lack of information about the current cast and staff. Sorry. :idunno: G'luck finding someone!

I can easily PM you the details if you can promise to keep them secret. The staff, on the other hand, I don't believe needs to be kept secret, so I'll let them be known now: it's ThatCanadianDude, SunSworn, and DavidCortez. And myself, of course.

But I had a feeling you wouldn't be interested. Considering how much you love the fandom of FiM (more than the show itself  :disgust: ) and considering how this project strives to set itself apart from all that, you and it probably wouldn't fit well together anyway.

Am I going to have to start PMing every female on the forum, asking them if they'd like to participate?
