Spam / EU3 Help Requested

I could use a few tactic recommendations. I'm playing as Italy, and have conquered the following areas:
As well as a smaller area in Africa and South America.
As you can see, I'm running out of room for expansion, and I'm currently stuck between Lithuania to the east, France to the west, and Sweden to the north. To top it all off, Lithuania is the Holy Roman Emperor. I'm still outmatched by France's army, and Lithuania would trample me with ease.
How doomed am I?
(Keep in mind, this is cheat free. And all I changed with the settings was turning off inflation.)

Aka, the guy with too much time on his hands, and a case of boredom.
In other words, I was bored. Felt like I should do something I normally wouldn't, and this came about.

So after the stream, I got to work and edited out some kinks, and added the instrumental. 
I balanced Ril so that the audio wasn't all to the left, balanced out the volume levels, cut up both your stumbles to correct them, and adjusted the pace of a few lines. It isn't perfect, but it's what I could get out of it.
